30 Day Challenge

Your mind is a muscle. It must be worked out. Just like you desire to get your physical body into shape. You must approach your mind in the same manner. Your mind and subconscious mind have taken years to create negative thought patterns and behaviors that do not align with how your creator views you. Thankfully, it doesn’t have to take years to reverse these negative thought process and behaviors.

Experts say that most habits can be broken in 30 days. The goal of this challenge is to Focus simply on not partaking in bad habits for 30 days. While replacing these negative thoughts and behaviors with positive thoughts and behaviors.

Now, don’t get it twisted. This is not some “Positive thinking” crap. Nor is it some new age “Manifesting” garbage. These methods are very carnal and worldly. They are only temporary fixes to life’s problems. Our method takes the science of the mind and applies God’s truth as to how he says our brain works. Along with statements of TRUTH of what He says about us.

It is Yahweh’s TRUTH that sets
captives FREE permanently.

FREE permanently. Truth is found in Yahwehs word. What does He say about us! “He who the Son (Yeshua) Sets FREE is FREE INDEED. He is the Vine and we are the branches. Apart from Him, We can do nothing. Yeshua is the source. He is the living truth. He says he can give us water that we will never thirst again. Not water that man gives, which will run dry. We are told in Gods word that the TRUTH will renew our mind. We are told to PUT ON TRUTH.

We incorporate

The Science of

chunking memory.

This method applies the theory that our short-term memory retains information in chunks of 3 and 4. This is the reason our phone numbers are in groups of 3 and 4. Our social security number is in groups of three and four. There are many examples of this. But, how does it apply to our 30-Day Challenge

We focus on the 3 main desires the bible speaks of concerning Mankind. We all search for Acceptance, Significance and Security. We mankind lost our relationship with Yahweh due to sin. We immediately experienced lost of acceptance, significance, and security. We immediately felt abandoned, rejected, insignificant, insecure, fearful and much more.

Throughout This Challenge

My Goal is

To drill into your subconscious and conscious mind the truth that you are Accepted, Significant, and Secure to Yahweh. He has restored this positon to you through His son Yeshua!

We also apply this method
of learning to all forms of teaching

I teach in these three manners.

1. I speak the truth to you. You HEAR the TRUTH

2. You then read the truth. You SEE the TRUTH

(in scripture and the actions of Yeshua)

3. You speak the truth. You VOCALIZE the TRUTH out loud

(the rhema word)

4. You apply the Truth. You ACT/PRACTICE on the TRUTH

(Knowledge into action is wisdom)

This method was given to me by
Yaweh in moments of meditation and prayer.

It works. The bible instructs us to renew our mind with the water (truth) of God’s word. It says that if we abide in His truth, it will change us. We will begin to see the fruit of our labor. Our practicing of the truth. Speaking the TRUTH into the atmosphere is for you and also the unseen world. The bible says we do not fight with flesh and blood. But we fight evil spirits, principalities and unseen forces. They can’t read your mind. Therefore, you MUST SPEAK out loud to let them know you stand on TRUTH.

Truth is Yahweh. It is Yeshua. It is the Holy Spirit. It is the written word. It is the living word. It is called the Sword of the Spirit. It is the only weapon to use to tear down negative thought patterns (Strong holds, negative subconscious neuropathways). It is used to defeat the unseen, yet really enemy that we war with daily. It is the weapon to remind us and others who we are and who Yahweh is!

So, Are You Ready To Fight

in the spiritual and physical realm?

The bible speaks of us having spiritual armor, like a soldier in battle. It instructs us to put on several pieces. This 30-Day challenge will focus on us putting on the “Belt of TRUTH” that scriptures instruct us to do.

However, in the spiritual realm we are putting on the belt.
In the physical realm we are using bracelets.

Remember, I mentioned that

we learn in chunks of 3 and 4?

So, our challenge will be structured in this same manner

Each category, we will read (see), Speak out loud (hear), and put on (Action) the scripture bracelet, everyday for 10-days. Totaling 30-days all together. In each category, you will pick four scriptures that reaffirm the message of TRUTH about who God says you are. Please watch the video below for a visual demonstration:

As you speak and act on Yahweh’s truth for 30-days. Just watch the miraculous transformation that will not only take place in your mind. But, the maturing work of Yahweh in your spirit.

Choose 3-4 bracelets for each “I AM” Category.

1. Once you have purchased your bracelets of choice. Decide which "I am" Category you wish to begin.

2. For each category, we designate 10-days to mediate, vocalize, and put action to the "Truth" statements about who we are

3. Once you have decided which category you wish to begin first. Each day early morning before you start your day. You wake up, read each Bracelet OUT LOUD. Then you physically place the bracelet on for the day...
