I never knew how important it is to address lies and misinformation. But, after listening to the information in this workshop. I realize that if I don't address lies and misinformation quickly. It allows others to believe that what others are saying falsely as true. Thanks Bianca for sharing this important information.

I deal with a extremely narcissistic and manipulative Boss. He constantly blames me for everything. The exercises in this workshop actually looked just like some of the emails I get from my boss LOL. It was so helpful to practice responses to toxic emails.
